CitiDOCS:
CitiDOCS is a document management system. It consists of three major modules ie Administration, Desktop and BatchScan.
Administration module provides the necessary tools for efficient administration of CitiDOCS. It has a wide range of functions such as Create/Modify/Delete Users, Create/Modify/Delete Groups, Create/Modify/Delete Folders etc.
Desktop module allows documents to be filled in one single repository called System Cabinet. It also allows indexing the files and documents on desired fields so that documents can be searched upon in future using these indexes.
Batch Scanning module facilitates high speed scanning of a large set of pages, collation of the batch pages into documents and bar-code recognition.
