Vendor Development

· Developing the Vendor Base in the local markets for indigenising import substitution items including Electrolytic Copper, Oxygen Free High Conductive Copper.
· Monitoring the vendors’ performance and making sure that material is received in good condition and within the delivery schedule.

Quality Control
· Organising meetings of Vendors / Suppliers at regular intervals for VQR and evaluating the quality of materials being supplied by the suppliers.
· Coordinating between Quality Control and Stores Department to ensure optimum quality standards in the manufacturing process.
· Conducting Quality Audits to ensure compliance to statutory Quality Standards.

Record Keeping
· Maintaining proper and updated records
pertaining to Production, Planning, Quality
Control and Delivery Schedules.
· Interacting with clients and ensuring them on time delivery of their orders.
