For both the Electricity + internet is extra. Electricity bill would normally be around 30$ and internet 10$each. So assume an additional 40$/Month for your utilities.
The room is located at 2843 Windsor Dr, Falls Church, VA 22042.
It is 1.4 miles from Dunn louring station and about 2 miles from east falls church ( i go to east falls church when i travel by metro, saves me time and money).
The Bus stop is write in front of the apartment complex. The bus frequency is every 15 min until 9:00AM and every 25 min thereafter. The buses are 2A,2B,2C,2G.
It very near to Washington DC, Fairfax, Arlington. Take about 20 min to go to DC.
We have swimming pool, tennis and basket ball courts. There is a school right behind the apartments, so they even have 2 foot ball fields.
No lease to sign. You need to give me 1 month notice if you want to leave. if i can get another guy within those one month, you can leave as soon as possible.
The apartment is neat and clean and you can come over at any time and have a look. It has all the furniture needed.
There is only one bathroom. So all of us ( 3 people) would be sharing it.
The single bedroom would be available from 19th Oct, but you can come early if you can adjust in the hall for few days.
