Hi, I will have to move out of town by end of June whereas my lease ends by July end. I was looking for a male to occupy the apartment for the month of July. It is a clean apartment, non smoking and in a decent community in Plymouth. The total rent of the apartment is $1200 but there is another guy living in the apartment. So effectively it comes out $600 + additional 50-75 for internet, heat and electricity. You may extend the lease afterward if you like to. Send me an email if interested. Thanks
