Your share in the rent will be $500 and the utilities (Electric Bill and Internet) will be around $60 to $70 as heat and water are free. So you are looking at the total of $570 per month (to the most part) with rent and utilities. Garage space will be available at an additional $45 per month .You will have to fill out a room-mate application and be on a month to month lease.
