The apartment is fully furnished..with 60 inc flat screen tv which is youtube ready..I am looking for a quite amiable non smoking room mate who does not mind adjusting.The roommate can utilize a twin size mattress in the living room area..the apartment is in a 4 tower 20 floor high rise complex.note:If you cook a lot or always stay at home then perhaps this is not a good option for you.Rent and utilities would be divided in half,the currently is 1979 per month plus utilities to be divided in half.
