Looking for a room-mate.

I have a 3 bedroom/2 bath apartment near 69 Highway & 135th street. It's 5 minutes drive from Sprint Campus. Grocery (KC India mart, Chilli'n Spice Indian Resturant, Hyvee, Indian Resturant, Sam's Club and other shops) are in 2 minutes walking distance from the apartment complex.

I have 1 room avaiable. The apartment has sofa/tv/cable/dvd/washer/drier/wireless internet and all other amenities. We also have a good gym, tennis court and two swimming pools.

Your share will be just $400.00 per month (all utilities included in the rent). long term roomate is preferred.

No lease signing is required. I work in USDA .. and it will be okay for me to give ride to the USDA office sometime if you happen to work there.

Bus stop is right-beside the apartment complex (not even a minute walk).
