We are looking for a fourth roommate (female only). The apartment is located close to Kansas City Public Library & to The Plaza. The apartment has two separate rooms (each shared by two girls) with separate bathrooms and a spacious living room & kitchen. We are seeking roommate for the remainder of the lease (ending July 31st). The December rent is already paid so you could move in ASAP and avoid December rent. Rent is $225 without utilities, utilities amount to less then $40 per month. The apartment complex is quite safe and most of the apartments are housed by students from UMKC.
