WHEN YOU REQUEST A RATE:

When requesting a rate, please keep in mind, rates are charged either as actual weight OR by volume (dimensions of boxes, furniture etc. you want to ship) – whichever is higher. More details and accurate information you provide, faster we can return your request with more accurate estimate. You need not give us exact weight, estimated weight acceptable. However, we appreciate if dimensions are provided accurately.

Customs regulations all over the world but particularly in India require you the shipper be present when your shipment arrives. Shipment need to be cleared within 48 hours of intimation of arrival given to you by the shipping line to avoid heavy and avoidable demurrage charges. Also, to avail Transfer of Residence benefits, your shipment must reach India within 30 days of your arrival. Please pace your shipment and delivery keeping above in mind.
