We have off street paved parking at no cost or garage stall

w/opener @ 75.00. The home has Central Air, washer, dryer,

security system. Rent includes TV, gas, water and elect.

Optional is to share in on cost of high speed internet. Majority

of my roommates are IT Contractors, home works well for those who

need to travel light. Location is great, minutes from downtown

Minneapolis (on city bus line), and a short distance to many

major roads. NO PETS and NO WILD PARTIES!
