Our home is a 4 bedroom house with 3 full baths and 2 half baths. The master bedroom is on the main floor. It has his and her vanities, whirlpool tub, shower, toilet and a walk-in-closet. The kitchen has lot of cabinets, pantry, an island and breakfast cove with three picture windows that overlook the wooded area in the back. There is a formal dining room for sit down dinners. The living room has two picture windows that bring the outside nature in. There are three bedrooms on the upper floor with huge closets. The walkout large family room downstairs is fully furnished and has a 65” Sony HD TV with surround sound system in place. It has a full wet bar, a large storage room, and a utility room. The music system is wired throughout the house with speakers in master bedroom, guest bedroom, living room, and family room with volume control knobs. A large screened deck has a nice swing, a hammock and newer barbeque grill. The elementary and middle schools are in walking distance. In the back of the house, there is a stream and wooded area beyond it with closest house about 200 yards away. In ground sprinkler system is already installed, so watering lawn and garden is fun. We added landscaping and got the exterior of the house painted recently. A new roof and all the screens were installed 6 months ago. New carpet and new paint inside, makes it smell like a new house.
