Bench Sales Recruiter

Salary - Competitive

Location - Dallas TX and Jersey City NJ

Responsibilities:

♦ Identify client requirements for existing IT resources as they become available.

♦ A qualified candidate must have 1-3+ years with proven bench sales/Recruitment (H1B, OPT, EAD, GC and Citizens) experience in the US IT consulting industry.

♦ Must be well versed with US Tax terms like W2, Corp2Corp, 1099.

♦ Must have good understanding of US staffing business, sales process.

♦ Must be capable to identify new clients (tier-1 vendors, direct clients) & also need to have good network of tier-1 vendors & Direct clients for providing staffing solutions.

♦ Must be a good team player and result driven.

♦ Must be willing to work towards direct client acquisitions.

♦ MUST own the position for which hired, meaning must take ownership towards their work responsibilities.

Requirements:

◙ Experience: 1-3+ Years

◙ Candidate must have valid Visa Status

◙ Excellent communication skills

◙ Location: Dallas or Jersey City (NO Work From Home Option)
