Earlier in residency, Dr. Donath had the unique opportunity to attend a master’s course in rhinoplasty (nose reshaping), at which he learned from some of the best rhinoplasty surgeons in the world. Dr. Donath was stimulated by the challenging nature of this most unforgiving area of the face, and the fact that nose reshaping surgery is widely recognized as the most difficult procedure in all of plastic surgery. It was this interest that led him to seek out the best possible fellowship training in rhinoplasty. This, in turn, led to the honor of being selected from among his peers for a highly competitive fellowship in facial plastic surgery with the Glasgold Group.
