I am moving out of state and have my lease until nov 23rd. You can have the entire house or just a bedroom. The rent is 2170 per month for the entire 2 bed 2 bath house. The master bed with en-suite bathroom would cost 1150 per month (excluding electricity and water/gas). If you decide to move in now I will still charge you only a months rent until nov 23rd. So you get free stay until October 23rd as long as you pay upfront. Call me for more details
