There is a room available in a 4 bedroom / 2.5 bathroom townhouse in Clairemont Mesa. It is in a fantastic location and the house itself is really nice!

I need to move out early so am looking for someone who is looking for a place to stay for 2 months (June and July). The room is the master and is a very large size. It has its own bathroom as well. The room is in great condition and has been very comfortable for the time I have been there!

The other three rooms are occupied by 3 young professional females in their 20's, so a female is preferred. The landlord requires a credit check/references to be done.
