INSIDE SALES REPS NEEDED - we keep growing, join this exciting team!
Responsibilities:
• Promptly reaching and qualifying leads.
• Writing accurate sales quotes and proposals.
• Maintaining an accurate and up-to-date customer and prospect database.
• Make outbound telephone calls to develop a pipeline of sales leads
• Timely follow-up to all leads and qualify each prospect accurately
• Identify decision making unit in target accounts.
• Send appropriate information and track progress of all leads.
• Keep abreast of competition and proper positioning
Requirements:
• 3+ years of sales and marketing experience
• Self-motivated, energetic personality with exceptional telephone and selling skills
• Must be able to work in a fast paced environment and have strong time management skills
• Outgoing individual that works well with a team and across organizations
• Excellent at teamwork, heavily experienced at working together with outside sales representatives to achieve common sales goals.
• Proven ability to close complex sales.
• Strong organizational skills and priority setting.
• Must be a team worker with good interpersonal skills.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office, Outlook and Salesforce.com.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, specifically outstanding telephone skills.
• College degree, preferably with major in marketing or sales.
