Heating is by Gas and is paid by the apartment management so heating

is absolutely free !

Electricity to be paid as per use. Ours mostly vary between 30- 50$

PM, AC is on Electricity.

Water is by AUM and 19$ per month fixed throughout, there may be 2-4$ change in a year but not more than that.

No trash fee. Disposals are installed.

Pest control and maintenance at your call.

No washer and dryer hook ups. But those are on the same floor.

You have your personal storage area in the same floor but not inside the apartment so no problem to dump some of your extra stuff.

It is also a safe neighborhood. The willow Creek Apt has own security guards who always keep patrolling after 9 p.m.

We enjoyed last two year and our friends enjoy even more than 3.5 years.
