This sofa is brand new in condition and used very rarely..this has to go as I am leaving the town and I cant move this...This sofa comes from a Smoke Free, Pet Free and very well maintained home...Purchased from Ashley Furniture...and less than 4 months old..if you are interested..you are responsible for pick up(it is very light in weight, when compared to other leather sofas) and CASH only...
