We cater our 4 bedroom 2 full bath and 4 bedroom 4 full bath condominiums especially for IT people on projects for banks, etc (b of a, wachovia, tiaa, duke, etc). 5 minute walk from our properties is Gandhi International Grocery plus other shopping. The #11 bus to uptown which takes you directly to bofa & wachovia is directly across the street so you absolutely do not need a car (if you have a car parking in front of your condo is free). If you are working for TIAA-CREF in the University Research Park and do not have a car we can help you locate others in the community who may be able to drive you (we can help but no guarantee please) There is a very large and vibrant Indian community here also, many grad and undergrad students and young professionals.
