It has a single bed room, a living room, an attached bath room and a kitchen. It has refrigerator and oven with electric stove. The apartment also got indoor swimming pool and garage facility. It can be occupied from 1st of November. Currently, I am using the bed room and the living room can be occupied by you.

The total rent is $770 excluding electric charge and it can be shared between us. The current lease is upto April end 2009. I have paid an advance of $ 500.
