The basement has separate private entrance. It has one bed room (wall to wall carpet) and a huge hall which can be used as a bedroom or a living room with wall to wall nice thick carpet. The bedroom also has nice office desk & an exercise machine which will be removed if requested otherwise can be used by you. The new shower (full-bath/big size) and an independent kitchen with all new stainless steel appliances (gas range with exhaust hood, refrigerator and lot of cabinets for storage and good size kitchen sink) were recently added in the basement. It also has a big oak closet and additional good size storage room with lot of shelves.
