I have an independent furnished bedroom with separate bathroom available to rent in a beautiful 3 bedroom house (3238 sq. ft) with a two and a half bath located in East Plano. I am the owner of the house. There will be ONLY THREE people sharing the entire house. I travel 4-5 days a week and so you will have the entire house for yourself when I am traveling.

The following amenities are available in the house:

This is a brand new house that is a two storey with two open patios and a beautiful back, side and front yard. There is plenty of car parking available outside the house. The neighborhood is high class with lot of Indian families. It is less than a mile away from I-75, Wal-Mart, Lowes, Sams Club, ATM, Gas Stations.

You will ONLY need to sign a month to month lease. I will charge one month deposit ($550) and one month rent ($550) in advance. You will have to give a one month notice and I will refund you the deposit. The room is available for singles including male or female. Considering that this is a big furnished house the rent is very affordable ($550 per month + Utilities and cleaning). Please note that cooking is not permitted in the house, however, you are always free to use the refrigerator, microwave, gas, etc to store and warm your food products.
