The ideal candidate we are looking for, will have:

1. 3-4 years experience in web application testing having created test plans, worked with the product development and business teams in creating test scenarios and cases, setting up the test infrastructure, executing tests, collecting, reporting and analyzing test results, defect logging, working with the developers in discussing the results for fixes that may be required

2. Experience in testing multi-tiered application architectures involving webservices is a must. Experience of working with any one database, as part of the multi-tiered architecture, will suffice

3. Experience Working in an Agile development environment

4. Exposure of working directly at client locations with minimal guidance / supervision

5. Good verbal and written communication skills to represent the testing effort amongst other client teams
