| Aarushi-Hemraj murder case key suspects Rajkumar and Krishna have been granted bail by the Ghaziabad court.
Earlier, the CBI had opposed the bail for Rajkumar, one of the key suspects in the double murder case.
It argued that, being a citizen of Nepal, Rajkumar can flee the country. It also pointed out that scientific evidence point to his involvement in the crime.(Watch)
RK Anand is the advocate in Krishna's defence team.
The two men are currently in jail for the murders of 13-year-old Aarushi Talwar and her family's domestic help Hemraj in Noida.
The third man accused of being involved in the murder, Vijay Mandal, was released on Saturday.
The CBI has confirmed that it has no material evidence against any of the three men, a sign that the case has collapsed.
Meanwhile, the Durranis, the family friends of the Talwars, have sacked Rajkumar saying the CBI has not given him a clean chit
