Sarah Palin may have lost the race for the post of Vice President, but she appears well on her way to become a runaway bestselling author.
'Going Rogue', her autobiography has already sold 700,000 copies on the book's debut week, reported 'Washington Post'.
Palin's book was released on Nov 17, with a first printing order of 1.5 million copies. But a steep demand has now made publisher Harper Collins announce that the order will be increased to 2.5 million.
The publishing house had announced Friday that the former Alaska governor's memoir sold 300,000 copies its first day, among the best openings ever for a nonfiction book, trouncing US Secretary of State Hillary Clinton whose autobiography sold 200,000 copies.
Few autobiographies have debuted so well. In 2004, former President Bill Clinton's 'My Life' sold more than 900,000 copies in it's first week.
