Even Lord Buddha's blessings are not enough to develop the state of Bihar without human action, this is what Tibetan spiritual head the Dalai Lama feels.
At the inauguration of a Buddhist temple in Bihar, Chief Minister Nitish Kumar in his speech mentioned that with Lord Buddha's blessings, the state will grow more rapidly.
The Dalai Lama, who was the chief guest at the function, was, however, quick to add, "if Buddha's blessings can develop Bihar, the state should have developed much earlier".
"Buddha's blessings were always there. But Buddha's blessings need human action. Without human action, Buddha's blessings are not much effective," he said narrating the above incident during his speech at a summit
