| Army Foils Infiltration Bid In Jammu And Kashmir's Karen, 1 Terrorist Killed

| The Indian Army today foiled an infiltration bid along the Line of Control in Jammu and Kashmir's Keran sector, in which one by terrorist was killed while two soldiers sustained injuries.
"An infiltration bid was foiled by alert troops along the Line of Control in Keran Sector. One terrorist has been killed so far," an army official said.
Two soldiers sustained injuries in the exchange of fire, the official said adding both the jawans were evacuated to a hospital where their condition is stated to be stable.
He said the operation was in progress till last reports came in.
