| IIM-Ahmedabad has raised its fees for post-graduate courses from Rs 1.77 lakh to Rs 2 lakh.
However, what comes as a setback for several business students is a fees hike for the new one-year post-graduate programme for executives.
Earlier, similar hikes were announced by the IIMs in Bangalore and Indore and Kolkata and Lucknow are also likely to follow suit.
The IIMs say the extra money will be used to build infrastructure for which they get no help from the government
