| The UPA allies and the Left have accepted HRD Minister Arjun Singh's two-list formula for IIM admissions.
HRD Minister Arjun Singh had said on Wednesday that he is open to letting the IIMs go ahead with admissions without the OBC list.
After talks on Thursday, it has been decided that the IIMs can release admission lists for general, SC and ST students.
However, candidates in the OBC quota will have to wait till a hearing at the Supreme Court on May 8, and if court gives go-ahead for quotas, then additional list will be released later.
