Brahmaputra Cultural Foundation presents MAJULI, a Physical Theatre performance by Shilpika Bordoloi. Majuli is an island on the Brahmaputra river in Assam. Inspired by the beauty of the island and the social, cultural, spiritual life of the people living there, Shilpika Bordoloi created Majuli, the performance, using the movement vocabulary of dance and theatre.
- Premiere on 21st February 2014, 7.30 pm at Shriram Centre, New Delhi
- 25th February, 7.30 pm at Ranga Shankara, Bangalore
- 5th March, 6.30 pm at Rabindra Bhawan, Guwahati
All are welcome for Delhi and Guwahati show.
