Kay Poursine is a disciple of the legendary T. Balasaraswati style of South Indian Classical Dance. This workshop is a continuation of Kay Poursine’s ongoing workshops for Lotus students. In this workshop series, Ms. Poursine provides a direct link with the sacred dances of the renowned Thanjavur line. A tillana in Shankarabharanam raga (Adi tala, tisra nadai) will be taught along with advanced adavus.
