A literary & Cultural Festival in celebration of the 60th anniversary of India’s Independence and the Centenary of the celebrated Hindi poet and literatteur
(late) DR. HARIVANSH RAI BACHCHAN.
SALIENT FEATURES:
Dr. Bachchan’s poems will be recited by his illustrious son, the one and only SHRI AMITABH BACHCHAN
SMT. JAYA BACHCHAN will offer her own reminiscences about the life and achievements of her father-in-law Dr. Harivansh Rai Bachchan.
A Dance-Drama entitled ‘Jeevan’ based on Dr. Bachchan’s poems will be presented by the renowned Kathak dancer and choreographer SMT. VASWATI MISRA and her group.
This event is being held for the first time outside India.
