Location: Prabalgad, 15 km from Panvel and around 2 hours drive from Mumbai.
Event: Adventure Camping
Schedule:
Day 1 Oct 27, 2007. (Saturday)
5:45 am Andheri (West), S. V. Road , Near Ahura Bakery.
6:30 am Bandra (Kalanagar Junction); At Bus Stop located at Junction of road connecting; Dharavi; Western Express Highway ; and Dharavi.
6:40 am Sion Lunch Home near Station Station.
6:50 am Chembur Opp. to Akbaralis
7:10 am Vashi on Mumbai-Pune highway at Junction of road connecting Vashi Station. This is the place where most of the Mumbai-Pune buses stop for pickups.
9.00 am Quick Introduction and biting the snack in the Bus
Break fast break any time between 9 and 9:30 am
9:30 am Trek starts
Expected to reach the top by Lunch time
Set up base camp after Lunch and explore the platue
Evening tea biscuit
Chilling out under the star light and camp fire games
Day 2 Oct 28, 2007 (Sunday)
6.30 am Wake up to the calls of the birds
7.30 am Breakfast
8.00 am Start trek for Prabalgad fort
10.30 am Reach fort and explore this probable hill station
12.30 pm Start back for base camp
1.30 pm Lunch on reaching base camp
3.00 pm start the descend
5.00 pm Start for Mumbai
9.00 pm Reach the comforts of your homes with wonderful memories to cherish!
How to register?
Camp Fee Rs. 1200/-
Members can use their discount coupons. Members are requested to carry their I-cards and discount coupons for redemption. For registration drawn a cheque on: Nature Knights ICICI Bank A/c No. 041205000027
Drop the cheque in any ICICI ATM Cheque drop box
Please note: Participants doing Electronics fund transfer need to add Rs. 25/- extra per transaction.
Camp fee only includes transport, simple veg. meals, accommodation charges and camp management fees.
