Madurai Sri T.N. Seshagopalan, the celebrated South Indian Classical (Carnatic) musician and composer had his musical training from his mother and from Sri. Ramanathapuram C. S. Sankarasivan (a disciple of Harikesanallur Muthiah Bhagavathar, the eminent musician and composer).
His raga renditions are woven with unique sangati-s and brigha-s which enliven all his performances. He is also a composer of merit and is noted for his elegant tillana-s, devotional bhajan-s, namavali-s and abhang-s.
