Richard will have just returned from studying in India for two months with the Iyengar family (his 17th yoga study trip).
In this workshop (open to anyone with some familiarity with Iyengar yoga) students will experience the detailed instruction hallmark of the Iyengar system in the practice of standings, inversions, forward and backward extensions, twists, restoratives and pranayama.
