PAMPA (Prabhath Academy for Music and Performing Arts) is a non-profit organization started in India around 1930s. From past 17 years, under the guidance of Nirmala Madhava, more than 25 students performed the arangetram in Bharatanatyam and Kathak in Bay Area. Nirmala Madhava has a Bachelor's degree holder in Dance from Bangalore, India. She is teaching dance from past 20 years.
Every year PAMPA performs an event in large scale to encourage the students and spread the cultural values of our Indian arts. Under the leadership of artistic director and choreographer Nirmala Madhava, around 40 dancers of PAMPA will present TARANGINI at 4pm.
