The Vivekananda Institute of Human Excellence is organizing a workshop on Meditation. The prescribed age for this workshop is above 15 years and above. During the workshop Srikanth Nanda will be elaborating upon the reasons of the lack of concentration among the school- and college-goers. He will conduct training sessions on meditation, with the aim of developing sharper memory and intellect, and will also teach the participants, the art of controlling one''s mind.
