Association for India’s Development (AID) Los Angeles chapter welcomes you to experience the best of Indian fusion music, an evening of great entertainment and an opportunity to make your own difference by supporting a good cause. AID LA presents Indian Ocean, which is one of the most popular fusion bands from India & has been performing since 1990. With an electrifying stage presence that matches their profound phenomenal sound creations, the group has several hits to their credit. Blending jazz, rock, Indi-folk, Indian classical and various other elements, it is "Music without Boundaries". Some of their musical accomplishments over the past decade are Indian Ocean (1993), Desert Rain (1997), Kandisa (2000), Jhini (2002) (for the Film Swaraj) and the films Black Friday (2004) and Bhoomi (2008)
