Shiladhish Art & Research Institute presents as part of their festival NRITYAM 2008, RITURANGA - A SYMPHONY OF SEASONS by Sapphire Creations Dance Workshop in its Mumbai premiere. The seasons - grishma (summer), varsha (monsoon), sharat (post monsoon), hemanta (autumn), sheeta (winter) and vasanta (spring) are explored through an experimental idiom, and a colourful geometry of designs against space and time. It is set to Dr. Partha Ghose’s symphonic raptures.
