On the occasion of Summer Convocation and 46th Anniversary celebration, Ananda Ashram presents traditional Kathak dance with Pandit Charka, Naren Budakar on tabla, Indro Roy Chowdhary on sitar. Also colorful dances by Viral Vakani, Shanta Page, Jaya Khanna, Akshan Patel. The dance sequence portrays rhythmic patterns and expressive aspects that convey a sense of pure joy with a brilliant display of footwork and pirouettes. The tora, tukra, and paran are pure dance patterns, according to the varying degree of the complexity of rhythmic patterns. It concludes with musical instruments and dance improvising together in a mood of joy. Also dances describe the beautiful and playful acts of lord Krishna.
