The World Affairs Council is hosting a one of a kind event next Friday, August 10 in San Francisco to commemorate India's 60th year of
independence. The key note speaker is Vivek Paul, Partner at
TXU Equity Partners and former head of Wipro. Mr. Paul is
a distinguished speaker and an authority on India and its role in the
global economy. In his address, he will reflect on 60 years of
India's independence, global collaboration and India's evolving role on
the global scene. The Indian Consul General, Ambassador Prakash will also speak. There will
also be a moderated Q&A session. The second part of the session
