BAPS Shri Swaminarayan Mandir cordially invites you, along with family and friends to celebrate the Diwali and New Year festival on Saturday, November 10th. Just as in years past, this 2007 Diwali festival will be celebrated with great joy and bliss highlighted by the Annakut offering to Lord Swaminarayan and all present deities. Darshan of the Murtis will open with the first arati at 7:00 am and remain open throughout the day. The vast array of food items will be on display from 11:00 am to 6:30 pm with Arati taking place every hour. The Diwali & New Year Samaiyo celebration will commence at 4:00 pm with kirtan bhakti, spiritual discourses, and arati followed by Mahaprasad dinner. The festivities will take place at the BAPS Shri Swaminarayan Mandir located at 11321 Webb Chapel Rd., Dallas, TX 75229.
