Story: The film moves around the life of a few radio-jockeys, who share a very close friendship.
There was a time when Rajasenan had the knack of making his viewers laugh and sometimes make them cry. The point is he always did it at the right time. In his new film Radio Jockey, he mistimes everything—people tend to cry when they should be laughing and vice-versa.
His new film is about the life of radio-jockeys, which he begins with a kind of historical voice-over. Later the narrative drags on to bring in characters who indulge in romance, misunderstanding, separation and the eventual reunion brimming with happiness.
Karthu ( Nimisha) has returned to her office as a radio jockey after recovering from cancer. The film then traces her new-found courtship with a fellow jockey named Balu ( Arjun Nandakumar). Radio Jockey suffers from a badly-conceived plot and an array of characters, who lack depth.
