Raju is a happy-go-lucky youngster, who whiles away all his time trying to impress a school teacher, but one fine day, he falls in love with Kavitha, the daughter of Sivarama Raju, the most feared man in his village. The rest of the story is about Raju defies all odds to marry Kavitha.
Movie Review : There comes a point in Current Teega, where Manchu Manoj's off-screen image blends seamlessly with his on-screen persona. And at that particular moment, you begin to slowly understand how much at ease is the actor with his characterization, which essentially requires him to be himself for most part of the film. While we might argue about the ebbs and flows of the film's narrative structure, the film is a worthy addition to Manoj's filmography and the actor doesn't disappoint his fans.
The film is set in a village, Parvatipuram, where Raju and his friends have set up a youth association named VIP Sangham and they while away most of their time in mundane activities. Raju is in love with a school teacher, played by the drop dead gorgeous Sunny Leone; however, he's heartbroken when she tells him that she's going to marry another person. Meanwhile, Kavitha (Rakul Preet), the daughter of Sivarama Raju (Jagapathi Babu), the most feared man in the village, falls in love with Raju after he saves her from a bunch of goons. Soon,
