  Do Not Blame Technology
A Remantic Musical Theiller
Director: Sikander Bhatia
Producer: J Addppa
Cast: Saagar Bhatia,Swatidas Gupta,Ruhi Resham,Sanjeev Tiwari
Music: Ghulam Dastagir

STORY: Akshay (Saagar Bhatia) comes to Mumbai to stay with his aunt. He starts working as a technician as he has done a diploma in ’mobile technology’. He meets Sania (Swapna Das Gupta) who comes to him to fix her cellphone. Eventually they fall in love, dance in Bandra-Kurla Complex, break up, he lands up in jail blah blah blah.

REVIEW: The buck-toothed hero and the heroine who looks like a former bar dancer are simply a pain to watch onscreen. Easily one of the worst movie, I’ve seen, MOBILE PHONE doesn’t stay true to it’s B-roots. The character of shopowner Rasikbhai, the senior cop with ponytail & baggy pants, the overacting extras - everything is just too nauseating. The most loud and irritating performance is by
the woman who plays Akshay’s aunt. She always speaks with a generous sprinkling of "Oye puttar" and "Hai rabba" in every sentence - and is a perfect case study on ’How to be Loud On-screen’.

SOMETHING MORE: I was the first to enter the theatre. And there were only 15 people in all. Most of them walked out mid-way. The movie is shot on exotic locations like Lokhandwala, Bandra Kurla, Mumbai Central and the outskirts of Filmcity. Plus when some villians play a prank on the Akshay, they say it’s for ’My TV Bakra’. He he he. My TV. He he.

ENDING KYA HAI?: Did you have to mention that? After the whole ramayan happens, the lead guy wakes up and we realise that the entire movie was a just a dream. WTF, you say? And instead of ’The End’, comes this text slide: "Dream Over. Please go back to your work. Thank You!" Exact words.
