The Tickets for the Arjita sevas can be obtained from the Arjita Seva counter in Tirumala or the office of the Joint Executive Officer can be contacted.
The devasthanam has provided many facilities for pilgrims. An officer has been posted exclusively to look after the comforts and of the devotees.
Some of the facilities include:
* Hygienic, airy, large queue halls with ceiling fans.
* Catering facilities inside the halls offered by TTD canteen.
* Sale of food packets and pure milk.
* First aid facilities.
* Well maintained toilet rooms.
* Closed circuit televisions and relay of devotional programmes and music.
* Cloakroom facilities near Vaikuntam queue complex.
Various other facilities are also provided by the devasthanam outside the temple.They include:
* Free meals to devotees at TTD canteen from 10 a.m to 1 p.m.
* Free medical aid at Ashwini Hospital near Seshadri Nagar.
* Free bus facilities for the benefit of pilgrims between cottages,
choultries, temple and other places on the hills.
* Sale of gold and silver dollars with the images of Lord Venkateswara and Goddess Padmavati inside the temple premises.
* Railway booking facility at the Central reception office for issue of
tickets to all destinations including reservation tickets for bus-cum-train journey.
