All three kitchens are stocked with all one could need, dishes, pans, silverware, etc. The three kitchens also have a microwave and dishwasher. We have off street paved parking at no cost. The home has Central Air, washer, dryer, security system. Rent includes TV, gas, water and elect. Optional is to share in on cost of high speed internet (50 mbs) @ $19.00 monthly (cable TV available with HBO). Majority of my roommates are Contractors, home works well for those who need to travel light.
