I have a comfortable sofa set in the apartment and the apartment is very clean. This community has a number of major stores closeby. This complex also has a gym and heated pools/sauna.

This apartment would be shared by 3 people including you, costing 475$ per person per month + utilities (internet, gas, electricity etc) around 50$ per person.

I would prefer a vegetarian and non-smoker as a roommate. We are respectable IT professionals.

This area is close to Westlake Village/Agoura Hills/Calabasas/Newbury Park/Moorpark/Thousand Oaks/driveable to Malibu and Los Angeles.
