I have to relocate to NC by August 1st week for good. Looking for someone to take over my room. Lease is valid till May 30, 2017. I have a roommate and he prefers to share the apartment with one or max of 2 more individuals.

I have a garage that can be used if required.

Total rent: $1160 + utilities

Garage: $40
