We are looking to rent our 2 bedroom, 2 bath with a backyard from July 15 to Sept 15 for $1000 per month. The actual rent that we pay is $1345 per month and we are giving a discount of $345 per month. Other then the apt we also have a garage for an extra $80 per month and carport for $35 per month.
